These terms and conditions define the terms for purchasing and participating in the matchmaking service offered on the website.

Conditions for accessing the service

The service is reserved for adult individuals.
Participants must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • be single
  • provide accurate and sincere information and respect other participants during meetings

The organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the service if these conditions are not respected.

Registration for the service

Registration is done via the website.
After payment, participants must complete the questionnaire and may be invited to a short interview in order to better understand their profile and expectations.
Registration allows the profile to be analyzed for potential matchmaking.

Price

The price displayed on the website corresponds to the registration fee.
The price includes:

  • registration for the service
  • profile analysis
  • the matchmaking
  • the possible organization of a date

Meals and drinks during the meeting are not included and depend on the restaurant.

Profile selection

Profiles are analyzed in order to identify compatible matches.
Registration does not guarantee selection for a meeting.
Participants may be invited to one or more meetings depending on compatibility.

Non-selection

If a participant is not selected for a meeting, they may choose between:

  • a refund
  • participation in a future session

The conditions described on the website apply.

Dates

Meetings are organized one-on-one in a restaurant.
Participants receive the date, location, and time of the meeting by email before the event.
The service only facilitates the meeting between participants.

Participant behavior

Any inappropriate behavior may lead to exclusion from the service without refund.

Participants agree to:

  • behave respectfully
  • respect other participants
  • follow the instructions provided by the organizer

Liability 

The service aims to facilitate meetings between participants.
However, Lümü Dating cannot guarantee:

  • compatibility between participants
  • the success of a date
  • the establishment of a relationship

The organizer cannot be held responsible for interactions between participants.

Accuracy of information

Participants guarantee that the information they provide during registration is accurate and truthful.
Providing false information may lead to exclusion from the service.

Data protection

Personal data collected during registration is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, participants may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days following the purchase.
However, if the service begins before the end of this period with the participant’s consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

Modification of the terms

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time.
The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of purchase.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to the use of the service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
